Things to put in your lunch: Salad, bagel, sandwich, fruit and much more. Eating better at lunch leads to better outcomes like doing well on tests, being more focused and performing well overall. Having energy can result in more learning, which could eventually help you raise grades. If you are the one to pack your own lunch, try to switch up the food in your bag. If your parents pack your lunch, you could recommend healthier alternatives to them. Make sure your lunch has a balance of sweet and healthy.
