Different Shoes in Ross School
Various shoe styles are coming and going this year. At Ross School you can see many different styles and brands worn on a daily basis. Many shoes gain popularity by trending on social media such as instagram, tiktok, snapchat, and twitter.
Some people show their obsession and love of shoes by collecting vintage pairs. They later go on to sell these and make bank (lots of money).
There are various preferred styles of shoes at Ross School. We interviewed some middle schoolers as well as faculty for their opinions.
Mr. Jackson “Jordans Retro ones are by far my favorite shoes. What I’m looking for in a good pair of shoes is a good fighting size. I DON’T LIKE CROCS!”
Dylan and Ando: “Crocs are my favorite shoes, I look for white, black, or just neutral colored shoes, Basketball shoes and Jordans are my favorite shoes, my least favorite shoes are my cheap poopy vans.”
Mr. Philpot: “My favorite shoes are my hiking boots, I look for comfort. The best shoes I’ve ever bought: Rockport dress shoes that I had for a decade. The worst shoes: soccer shoes that are uncomfortable.”
Mrs. Becker: “My favorite shoes were sixth grade shoes, I went to a dance and bought Famolares. I look for comfort and style when buying shoes. My favorite shoes are pink velvet Nike Air Forces because even the middle school boys like them. The worst shoes I have bought are small prom heels.
