Reviews on Sing: A Comical and Animated Film

On December 21, 2016, the movie Sing was released to the theaters.

Sing is about a city full of animals that like to sing. It features a mouse named Buster Moon who owns a theater. Buster Moon’s studio is about to go out of business, so he thinks that if he hosts a talent show that it will save his theater. When he holds auditions, he only picks certain animals based on talent. Although each animal has their own different story, they all have one thing in common: the dream to be a singer. But when the talent show is about to take charge, a disaster strikes. The studio team must find a way to continue with the show.

I would give this animated movie a 3.5 stars out of 5 because it was good, but it was not my favorite movie to watch. Also, I think that there could be some changes to be made. A few of my suggestions would be 1. they should make it a little more funny so that make the movie watchers stay interested in the movie. 2. they could add more exotic animals like sloths and koalas. But all in all, I thought that this movie was average, and I would like to see it again. Other people have different opinions, too. Charlotte, a sixth grader at Ross School, said, “It was one of the best movies I have ever seen.”
