New Ideas for the Corner Store
By: Harper, Sam, and Riley
As some of you may know, the Ross Corner Store will be closing soon. We kind of expected this because of the outrageously high prices, for example, the $14 kombucha and the $2 Dum Dums.
Now that there is an open storefront, we asked the Ross students what they would like to see in that space.
Some of the responses include a deli, coffee shop, burger restaurant, ice cream shop, sports collector store, cardboard cutout store (does anyone know what this is?), arcade, speed cube store (offering speedy Rubix cube solves), candy shop, a bar, and a gas station.
The most popular response was definitely the ice cream shop and candy shop. Any store put into the former Corner Store will be proudly visited by Ross School students.
a cardboard cutout store is a store that sells cardboard cutouts of people (or other things but usually people)
